About these terms
These terms apply when you contact or order from Dot Café (DOT-CAFE LTD), a café and restaurant at Bamboo Food Court, Nile University of Nigeria, Abuja. By messaging us or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Ordering on WhatsApp
You can browse the menu and place orders by messaging us on WhatsApp. Your messages may be answered by our WhatsApp assistant, by our team, or both. An order is confirmed once we send you an order number. Prices are in Naira (₦) and may change; the price shown when you confirm applies to that order.
Payment, pickup & delivery
Payment is made at pickup or on delivery by bank transfer, debit card, mobile payment, or cash where applicable. We aim to prepare and deliver orders as quickly as possible but do not guarantee specific delivery times. On-campus delivery is available within Nile University.
Availability & changes
Menu items and prices may change or sell out. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always the one posted here.
