Dot Café (DOT-CAFE LTD) is a café and restaurant at Nile University of Nigeria, Abuja. When you message us on WhatsApp or order from us, we store information such as your WhatsApp number, profile name, the messages you send us, and your order details. You can ask us to delete this information at any time.
How to request deletion
Contact us using either method below and ask us to delete your data:
- WhatsApp / phone: +234 904 195 5031— send us a message that says “Please delete my data.”
- Email: dotcafe24@gmail.com — with the subject “Data deletion request” and the WhatsApp number you used.
What we delete
On request, we permanently delete your conversation history, order records, and any stored details (name, delivery location, notes) associated with your WhatsApp number. We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm once it's done. We may retain a minimal record only where the law requires it.
